Raiffeisen Capital Management (Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage GmbH) is the largest fund company of the Austrian Raiffeisen Banking Group and a 100% subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International; as such it is fully integrated into their sustainability strategy. understand sustainability to mean responsible corporate action that targets long-term business success and the careful use of resources. Our entire corporate strategy is designed with sustainability in mind.

How we work

Our fund managers are experts in their respective fields. The various teams are involved in intensely researching key topics for the future – our so called “Zukunfts-Themen”. They monitor markets, trends, and current developments and formulate prognoses on the basis of such.

We structure, discuss, and share the resulting insights with each other. In the process, we are constantly learning and identifying sustainable investment opportunities, to create investments that we can stand behind. Investments that are backed by companies, states, and projects which we wish to support over the long term in the interests of sustainability.

In the course of our „Shareholder engagement“ we contact issuers directly and discuss topics with them. We ask about their sustainability strategies and provide support when they are able to present credible answers. We are convinced that sustainable action also pays off in an economic sense and that our customers’ capital is thus not only invested “responsibly” but also generates suitable long-term returns.
